Cadaver Workshop

CDE Credits, Fees and Policy:

The fee for this course is USD $4,400. This includes continental breakfast and lunch for all four days plus fee usage of fresh cadaver specimens. This fee also covers the welcome reception, dinner banquet and University of Michigan CE certificate.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund will be given if canceled more than 6 months
10% charge will be applied if canceled within 2-6 months
25% charge will be applied if canceled within 2 months
50% charge will be applied if canceled less than 2 weeks
